  • What is sleep training?
    Sleep training is the process of teaching a child to learn to fall asleep independently. I offer a range of gentle ‘in the room’ sleep training techniques and ‘out of the room’ sleep training techniques. We work together to choose a technique which suits your parenting style, one you are comfortable with and is right for your baby or child. Sleep training isn’t always necessary, just making some changes to your little one’s routine can make a big difference to their sleep.

  • What ages do I work with?
    Newborns from 3 weeks old to children up to their 5th birthday
  • How long does it take to see results?
    All little ones are different so whilst one family may see improvement within a couple of days, others may take longer. It also depends on the sleep issue, for example teaching your baby to learn to self-settle can take longer using a gentle ‘in the room’ sleep training technique than an ‘out of the room’ sleep training technique and early waking habits can take 2 weeks or more to fix depending on the age of the child. Consistency and willingness to change are also vital to success. The more consistent you are the quicker the results will be.
  • What happens after I book a package?
    Express Phone Call with Sleep Plan Once payment has been received by Perfect Little Sleepers, I will send you the in depth questionnaire by email to complete so I can get to know your child and contact you to schedule the express phone consultation. During your express phone consultation, we will discuss and assess your child’s current sleep patterns and schedule in more detail and discuss settling/sleep training techniques if required. Your child’s personalised sleep assessment and plan will be provided within 48 hours of the express phone consultation. You then have 2 weeks to use your 1 follow up email which you can use to seek further guidance and ask me any questions. Email Sleep Package Once payment has been received by Perfect Little Sleepers, I will send you the in depth questionnaire by email to complete so I can get to know your child. I will ask further questions by email if necessary before I create your child’s personalised sleep assessment and plan which I will send to you by email within 48 hours of receipt of any additional information asked for. When you begin to implement the changes outlined in the sleep assessment and plan, I will then support you for 1 or 2 weeks by email which includes review of the sleep logs you fill in via google docs or email every 48 hours so that I can assess what is going on for your child; and provide feedback and any adjustments required if necessary so that together, we can help your child to sleep better. Text support is also included during the first 3 days of implementing the plan. Premium Sleep Package Once payment has been received by Perfect Little Sleepers, I will send you the in depth questionnaire by email to complete so I can get to know your child and contact you to schedule the premium phone consultation. During your premium phone consultation, we will discuss and assess your child’s current sleep patterns and schedule in more detail and discuss settling/sleep training techniques if required. Your child’s personalised sleep assessment and plan will be provided by email within 48 hours of the premium phone consultation. When you begin to implement the changes outlined in the sleep assessment and plan, I will then support you with 3 scheduled 20 mins follow up calls if you purchase 1 week support or 6 scheduled 20 mins follow up calls if you purchase 2 weeks support to discuss progress, any questions you may have and to make adjustments if needed so that together, we can help your child to sleep better. This package also includes review of the sleep logs you fill in via google docs or email every 48 hours. Text support is also included during the first 3 days of implementing the plan.
