Terms and Conditions

When booking a package with 'Perfect Little Sleepers' the client agrees: -


  • To follow safe sleep guidelines in line with SIDS recommendations. 

  • To understand the safety guidelines on Co-sleeping and bed sharing if applicable. 

  • To disclose any medical condition or health concerns your child has.

  • To check with my child’s paediatrician or doctor first if my child has any medical condition that may prevent them from being sleep trained safely.

  • To start implementing the sleep plan within 10 days of the consultation date.  If not a reactivation fee of £50 may apply for the revaluation and adjustments to the plan that might be needed.  This is at the discretion of ‘Perfect Little Sleepers.’

  • To understand that ‘Perfect Little Sleepers’ will endeavour to respond to any emails within 24 hours.

  • To understand that ‘Perfect Little Sleepers’ does not operate on Saturdays after 3pm, Sundays or UK bank holidays with the exception for voice message support.  Any emails received on those days will be answered on the next working day.  If included in your package, text support is available 8.30am - 8pm Monday - Friday, Saturday 8.30am - 3pm.  If you have upgraded to unlimited voice message support this is available Monday to Sunday 8am - 9pm.

  • To understand implementing the sleep plan requires the client to be 100% consistent and to understand that not following the plan correctly the goals may not be achieved, and their child’s sleep may not improve.  The client is not entitled to a refund in this instance.

  • To information surrounding my child can be used in case studies as no information would disclose identity and all names will be changed.

  • To understand 'Perfect Little Sleepers' by its service does not provide medical information.

  • To not disclose any information, they receive from 'Perfect Little Sleepers' to a third party without permission from 'Perfect Little Sleepers'.



Payment and Cancellations


Full payment is required for all packages before starting. Once payment is received in full, the client will receive acknowledgment from 'Perfect Little Sleepers' and the in depth questionnaire.  ‘Perfect Little Sleepers’ will then contact the client to arrange the express phone consultation, email consultation or premium phone consultation.

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation date will only be refunded 50% of the fee. Prior to 48 Hours, 100% will be refunded.

If a consultation has taken place and the client decides they no longer wish to continue with services, ‘Perfect Little Sleepers’ is under no obligation to offer a refund.


‘Perfect Little Sleepers’ does not offer any medical advice, services or treatment to any client. If you have concerns relating to a medical or nutritional issue, we urge you to contact your doctor or paediatrician immediately.
