It’s not even morning yet and your baby has already woken you up multiple times throughout the night and you feel like you’ve had no sleep.  You have no choice but to drag yourself out of bed and start the day at 5am because your baby won’t go back to sleep.

You dread the day ahead of you because all you seem to do is either rock or feed your baby to sleep only for them to wake up soon after.  The thought of leaving the house just seems impossible!

The days when you had the freedom to go out and meet your friends, have a long shower or have time to do your hair seem like a distant memory.

All you can think about is how tired you are and why doesn’t my baby sleep!  You knew this was going to be hard, but you never thought you would feel like this.

But It doesn’t have to be this way

Picture this...

Your baby has slept soundly through the night and you’ve woken up refreshed and ready to start the day.  You can plan your day as your baby is now in a predictable routine.  You have the energy and motivation to do all the things you want to do because your baby now sleeps!  You have your evenings back and can enjoy some quality time with your partner, just like you used to!

After working with me, my clients are not only getting a good night’s sleep and have more time to themselves during the day, they also have the confidence and knowledge they need to help their child to continue to sleep well.

My methods are science and evidence based and proven to work, and they can work for you too!
